Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis-owned and -managed commercial real estate company, recently scored a big win by representing an industry leader in the tabletop gaming business.

Hilliker agent Powell Kalish represented Baur II, the landlord of the 1344 Baur Blvd. property located in Olivette, Mo. Greater Than Games, which signed a five-year lease, was represented by Hilliker agent Jake Shepley.

The more than 7,500-square-foot building will serve as an office and warehouse for Greater Than Games. The company’s current 2,000-square-foot location at 10850 Galt Industrial is only one half-mile from its new headquarters.

Founded in 2011, Greater Than Games is an independent gaming company owned by Christopher Badell, Paul Bender and Adam Rebottaro. The company designs and publishes tabletop gaming products including the award-winning “Sentinels of the Multiverse” and their newest “Galactic Strike Force”.
