Hilliker Corporation helped a nearly 40-year-old family business find a new home in St. Louis. The new location will allow the business to more than double its current space.
Affton Radiator and A/C Service recently purchased a 27-year-old building at 2526 Cassens Drive for $854,000. The company plans to renovate the 9,000-square-foot property and add 6,600 square feet by January of 2015.
The business specializes in repair work for radiators, heat exchangers, DPF cleaning and air-conditioning service for heavy equipment, industrial and motor vehicles.
