With the help of Hilliker Corporation, Plumbers Supply Company purchased 4540 Swan Ave., a 58,000-square-foot office building in the St. Louis area. The building joins the company’s existing 58,000-square-foot headquarters located immediately next door, giving the plumbing supply company a total of 116,000 square feet here.
The company bought the building for $1.015 million. Hilliker Corporation agent Jake Shepley represented Plumbers Supply Company in the transaction.
Plumbers Supply is a 90-year-old plumbing-supply company with locations in Missouri and Illinois.
