Hilliker Corporation recently helped a St. Louis area school consolidate its services into a new, larger location.
St. Louis Language Immersion Schools, Inc., a federal non-profit organization that operates a network of independent charter public schools, recently moved two of its schools into 3740 Marine Ave. in South City, Mo.
The nearly 64,000-square-foot building, which sits on more than 1 acre of land, was built in 1929. It previously was the site of a Salvation Army.
The location will house the organization’s Chinese school, where about 150 students in the kindergarten through fifth grade learn subjects in Mandarin.
Hilliker Corporation agent H. Meade Summers represented the tenant, St. Louis Language Immersion School. Prior to this lease, Hilliker Corporation sold the building two times before and previously leased it to another tenant.
