Hilliker Corporation recently helped The Women’s Exchange, a non-profit organization founded in 1833, find a new home in the St. Louis area.
The Women’s Exchange, which had been located in a 4,000-square-foot space at 9214 Clayton Road since 1974, signed a 10-year lease at 8811 Ladue Road in the Colonial Marketplace in Ladue, Mo.
Opening of the organization’s new office is scheduled for June of this year.
The Women’s Exchange was originally designed to serve as a marketplace for women to earn a livelihood through the sale of their handmade goods. The organization’s new 6,000-square-foot shop will offer new opportunities to more consignors to showcase their goods.
Hilliker Corporation’s Jeff Altvater represented The Women’s Exchange.
