Hilliker Corporation is currently representing three properties in the St. Louis market that were the former homes to Floor Trader flooring stores. The first tenant, Sincerely Yours Bridal, is scheduled to open by the end of this year.
Hilliker Corporation broker Frank Yocum represented the landlord, NICI II, LLC, formerly Georgia Carpet Outlet, in the leasing of 2,900 square feet of retail space at 14336 Manchester Road in St. Louis. Sansone Group broker Mark Kornfeld represented the tenant, Enchanted Enterprises, LLC dba Sincerely Yours Bridal.
Hilliker Corporation is currently marketing three former Floor Trader flooring stores that previously were Georgia Carpet Outlet stores. The three locations include the 8,000-square-foot building at 14336 Manchester Road, which will be divided into two retail spaces with 5,000 square feet still available and the remainder leased by Sincerely Yours Bridal.
The other two locations are a 10,000-square-foot building at 1185 Veterans Memorial Drive and a 22,000-square-foot building at 5244-52 S. Lindbergh. This is the fifth business transaction in which Yocum has represented the owner.
