Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis-owned and -managed commercial real estate company, recently handled the sale of a nearly 114,000-square-foot property located on more than 11 acres in Hazelwood, Missouri.
The building is located at 5800 Fee Fee Road in Hazelwood. Highlights include 18-foot warehouse clear ceiling height, 16 docks with five drive-in doors and a partially fenced parking area for large trucks and trailers.
Hilliker Corporation president Meade Summers represented the buyer, Fenton Heavy Manufacturing, LLC. CBRE agent Mark McNulty represented the seller, Jefferson Bank and Trust.
A logistics company currently leases 75,000 square feet at the space. The new owner will target manufacturers and warehouse tenants for the nearly 39,000 square feet of remaining space.
