Hillwood started construction on Bonham & Baker, a new luxury multifamily community in Frisco Station, a 242-acre master-planned mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas.
The 410-unit community will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes and two- and three-bedroom, two-story townhomes that will help meet the strong demand for housing in one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities. Pre-leasing is expected to begin in the spring of 2027, with the first units delivering in the summer of 2027 and full project completion anticipated by the spring of 2028.
Bonham & Baker is located at the intersection of John Hickman Parkway and Gridiron Road and is Hillwood’s fourth luxury multifamily community in Frisco Station. With the completion of Bonham & Baker, Frisco Station will include 1,665 urban living apartment homes, 650,000 square feet of Class A+ office space and three luxury hotel brands. Cambridge Holdings also recently broke ground on Frisco Station’s first medical office building, kicking off the development’s Health and Wellness District.
Bonham & Baker will feature 10-foot ceilings with in-unit amenities including Energy Star stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, spacious walk-in closets, designer interior finishes, and private patios and balconies. Select units will also offer built-in desks, separate study/home office spaces, mudrooms, and butler pantries.
To support today’s connected lifestyles, Bonham & Baker will offer community-wide Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity in every unit and across the community. Each unit will also include integrated Smart Home Technology, allowing residents to control lighting, thermostat and door locks directly from their smartphones.
Residents at Bonham & Baker will enjoy a full array of community-wide amenities focused on delivering convenience, connection and wellness. These include a secure package management locker system, resident lounge and coffee bar, wine lounge, electric vehicle charging stations, a dedicated co-working space with private offices and a conference room, two state-of-the-art fitness centers, a pet wash station and dog park. Recreational spaces will include a game room, wine bar, sports lounges, two resort-style pool areas and outdoor social spaces with grilling areas and cabanas.
Bonham & Baker will have direct access to Frisco Station’s 30-acre programmed park system, including Canyon East and The Bend, and will be near Frisco’s regional hiking and biking trail system.
Good Fulton & Farrell is serving as architect on the project with Rampart Multifamily as general contractor and J.P. Morgan as lender.
