Hillwood has acquired Rickenbacker 717, a Class A distribution center totaling 717,717 square feet in Columbus, Ohio.
Located on 35 acres at 3099 Rohr Road, the building is near Rickenbacker International Airport, Port Columbus International Airport and the Norfolk Southern intermodal yard.
Building amenities include 32′ clear height, cross-dock configuration, abundant loading (70 dock doors expandable to 139), ESFR Fire Protection, 135′ truck court depths, 50′ by 60′ column spacing, ample auto parking that is expandable and 69 trailer stalls with land available for an additional 86 stalls.
