Hines and partners Mitsui Fudosan America and McNair Interests announced the opening of Maple Terrace Residences, a premier living destination in Uptown Dallas.

The first residents have officially moved into the thoughtfully curated and elegantly designed development, marking a significant milestone for this highly anticipated project.

Maple Terrace is a 3.37-acre mixed-use development anchored by the original 1920’s Maple Terrace building, which has been carefully preserved and transformed into a modernized boutique destination. The project features the new 22-story luxury residential tower, 157,000 square feet of Class-A office space, and 15,000 square feet of street-facing restaurant space.

Soaring 22 stories above vibrant Uptown Dallas, Maple Terrace Residences offers 345 luxury apartment homes ranging from 601 to 2,879 square feet. Designed by Dallas’ GFF and featuring interiors by renowned Rottet Studio, the building pays homage to its historic surroundings while embracing modern aesthetics.  Residences boast spacious, light-filled floor plans with luxurious finishes. Kitchens showcase sleek European cabinetry, quartz countertops, waterfall-edge islands, and premium stainless-steel appliances.

Residents enjoy a thoughtfully curated collection of indoor and outdoor amenities including an expansive pool terrace with skyline views and stylish in-pool loungers; a relaxation lounge; a state-of-the-art fitness center with a sunset terrace and two infrared saunas; a clubroom with kitchen; media lounge and gameday room; golf simulator; co-working areas; and a creative studio. Additional luxuries include a library, secret garden, dog park, private storage, reserved parking, in-building café, dog-washing station, and bike room. The 22nd-floor conservatory boasts a wrap-around rooftop terrace with dining and event spaces. Concierge services, valet parking, and dry cleaning are also available, ensuring a truly elevated living experience. Additionally, residents and office users enjoy exclusive access to Alfred’s, a private craft cocktail bar named after Sir Alfred Bossom, the visionary architect of Maple Terrace.

The original Maple Terrace building, once the tallest residential building in Dallas and a premier address that hosted notable guests like Judy Garland, Dean Martin, and Elvis Presley, has been adapted into boutique office space. This transformation preserves the building’s rich history while providing state-of-the-art office facilities.

Located on Maple Avenue in Uptown, Maple Terrace offers easy access to the Katy Trail, Park Cities, Downtown Dallas, and the city’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Two popular restaurants are set to open at the development, further enhancing the vibrant atmosphere of Maple Terrace. Doce Mesas, one of Uptown’s favorite Mexican restaurants by local restaurateur Mico Rodriguez, will open late August featuring classic Tex-Mex dishes, lighter coastal Mexican cuisine, and its popular margaritas. Making its Texas debut in November, CATCH Dallas will feature modern renditions of classic dishes, marrying simple yet elegant seafood, sushi, and steak with excellent service and a lively atmosphere.
