The Minneapolis office of international real estate firm Hines has appointed Jennifer Smith as retail leasing manager for Galleria, a luxury shopping center in Edina, Minn. Smith will be responsible for the center’s local, national and international leasing.
“Jennifer is a terrific addition to our management team,” said Luis Serrat, vice president of retail for Galleria. “She understands what our guests look for in fashion, home, beauty and dining experiences and complements that with a wealth of expertise and strong relationships with both local and national retailers.”
Smith began with Galleria on May 7 and brings more than 25 years of retail leasing experience to the center. Most recently, she was vice president of leasing for The Mills, a Simon Company, where she oversaw ground-up and long-term leasing projects in several U.S. cities.
