Employee-owned infrastructure solutions firm, HNTB, will relocate its Overland Park, Kansas, office to a new space within the 207-acre Aspiria campus in Overland Park in January of 2023.
The company signed a multiyear, 25,650-square-foot lease.
Founded in 1914, the infrastructure giant offers engineering and architecture services. HNTB’s recent notable projects include the Denver International Airport, the Las Vegas Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium, and the Los Angeles International Airport.
The firm’s local projects include the University of Kansas Memorial Stadium renovation, the Buck O’Neil Bridge replacement project in downtown Kansas City and the KC streetcar extension.
Savills Vice Chairmen Dina Zavislak and Charles Daggett, along with Chris Wally of Wally & Company, guided HNTB in its real estate strategy.
