Eugene Tucker has joined HOK as a staff attorney in its St. Louis office.
In his new role, Tucker will give legal counsel and advice to business unit management in legal matters affecting HOK. He will review, negotiate and draft contracts and subcontracts while helping to manage legal, regulatory and compliance risks.
Before joining HOK, Tucker was an associate attorney within the construction practice group at Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. He earned his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law. He completed his master of education at the University of Notre Dame and his degree in political science at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
