Holladay Properties has announced a new 4,100-square-foot lease with HealthMedica in Oakbrook Terrace at the Oakbrook Terrace Medical Center located at 1S224 Summit Ave.
Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management services for the 92,000-square-foot two building medical campus owned by HCP Inc. of Nashville, Tenn. HealthMedica is a technology driven practice that provides age management therapy focused on longevity and healthy aging of its patients.
In addition to its leasing activities, Holladay Properties is also providing construction management services for the project.
