Holladay Properties and an unnamed joint-venture partner recently acquired the former AJ Wright building in South Bend, Ind., a 539,137-square-foot distribution center.
Holladay will be responsible for the local operation, leasing and sales of the building. Holladay is marketing the building with the name “Interstate 80 Commerce Center.”
“We envision the building as being a true interstate commerce center, with a regional and national tenant mix who provide services to the Midwest and further,” said Manette Tepe, senior vice president and partner of Holladay Properties.
The building was originally developed in 2005 as an AJ Wright distribution center.
