Holladay Properties closed a 10-year lease deal with CardioSpecialists Group and Midwest Arrhtymia Consultants at the Medical Pavilion South building on the campus of the Franciscan Alliance Saint Margaret Hospital in Dyer, Ind.
CardioSpecialists will occupy 6,800 square feet in Suite 400 of the building, located at 2150 Gettler St.
Michael O’Connor, vice president of leasing and development for Holladay Properties, represented the building ownership group in the transaction. Holladay Properties and Holladay Construction Group will manage the design and construction of the new facilities for CardioSpecialists Group.
Construction will begin in May of 2014 and be completed for occupancy in August.
