Holladay Properties, NAI Hiffman help Loyola University Medical Center sign new lease in Chicago suburb

Loyola University Medical Center has signed a new lease at the Oak Brook Terrace Medical Center in Oak Brook Terrace, Ill.

Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management services for this 92,000-square-foot, two-building medical campus owned by HCP, Inc. of Nashville, Tenn. Loyola is expanding its presence on the campus through the addition of a 10,700-square-foot primary care clinic.

Once completed, Loyola University Medical Center will occupy nearly 54,000 square feet at the campus.

Jeffrey Fischer of NAI Hiffman represented Loyola in the transaction and Brian Dolehide of Holladay Properties represented HCP, Inc. Holladay Properties is also providing construction management services for the project. Construction will be completed for occupancy in November of 2013.
