The Franciscan Alliance has closed a new 16,280-square-foot lease at the Medical Pavilion South medical office building on the campus of Franciscan Saint Margaret Hospital in Dyer, Ind.
Holladay Properties provides leasing and property management services for Medical Pavilion South, a 63,486-square-foot three-story medical office building. The building is owned by an investment group led by the Portage, Ind., office of Holladay Properties.
Michael O’Connor of Holladay represented the building owner in the transaction.
The Franciscan Alliance fill the entire third floor of the building.
