Holland Construction Services, Inc. recently completed construction on the new Wesclin High School in Trenton, Illinois.
Holland served as construction manager on the $22.5 million project. The new school is over 120,000 square feet and features two classroom wings, media center, computer and science labs, band/chorus rooms, stage and cafetorium, gymnasium, and administrative space. The project also included an outdoor all-weather athletic track and field facility with new grandstands and a press box.
“Working with Holland was outstanding,” said Jennifer Filyaw, Superintendent of Wesclin Community Unit School District #3. “I could not have asked for a better team to build our new high school. I appreciate the cooperation in order to complete this project before school started.”
FGM Architects, Inc. served as the architect on the project.
