Mike Deihl has been promoted as the new director of operations at Holland Construction Services (Holland), according to the firm’s president, Mike Marchal.
Deihl has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He started with Holland as an intern and then joined the company full-time as a project engineer following his graduation in 2007 from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, where he earned his degree in construction management. He was promoted to project manager in 2013.
In his new role, Deihl’s focus will be to ensure each team member has the necessary resources to complete their projects successfully with satisfied clients.–
