Holly Rudnick joins Leopardo as vice president of human resources

Leopardo tapped Holly Rudnick as vice president of human resources. Rudnick brings with her nearly 18 years of strategic human resources experience across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, construction, retail and manufacturing.

Rudnick comes to Leopardo from Best Buy, where she was focused largely on engagement and talent development. She has also filled the roles of director of human resources at both Illinois Tool Works and Apria Healthcare. In her new role, she will lead Leopardo’s strategic human resources function, taking lead in advancing Leopardo’s people and culture infrastructure.

Rudnick holds a bachelor of arts degree in human services and psychology from Kendall College. She also earned professional HR certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resources Management.
