Holt Lunsford Commercial, a Dallas-Fort Worth-based, third-party commercial real estate company, announces the execution of two new leases in south Fort Worth’s Carter Distribution Center FED and Everman Trade Center. South African-based RSI SmartCap will occupy 391,985 square feet in Carter Distribution Center’s Building F, expanding their operations in manufacturing truck canopies, bed replacement systems and cargo management accessories.
Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton represented PGIM Real Estate in the transaction while RSI SmartCap was represented by Grant Pruitt with Whitebox Real Estate.
DCI Hollow Metal, the nationwide leader in custom hollow metal and stainless-steel doors and frames, signed a 43,652-square-foot lease at Everman Trade Center’s Building C. Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton represented the landlord, Cabot Properties, in the transaction while DCI Hollow Metal was represented by Bob Luttrell with Newmark.
