Honeywell has signed a lease for 275,000 square feet at the Centerpoint Intermodal Center development in Kansas City, Missouri, finalizing leasing for the project.
Cushman & Wakefield’s leasing team of Joe Accurso and Whitney Kerr Jr. represented CenterPoint Development, the property’s owner and developer, in leasing the building.
The property, at 14901 Andrews Road, is 450,000 square feet and includes A4 as the other tenant in the building. The site sits adjacent to the Kansas City Southern Intermodal with immediate access to Interstate 49.
