Hospira, Inc. restructured and extended its 302,500 square foot industrial lease with Prologis at 10501 80th Avenue in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Hospira was represented in the transaction by Kurt Sarbaugh and Robin Stolberg of JLL.
