A Mariano’s Fresh Market in Elmhurst has sold for a gross sale price of $25 million, according to Inland Private Capital Corporation, who facilitated the sale of the property on behalf of one of its 1031 investments programs.
Located at 678 North York Rd., the single-story, 75,922-square-foot property was built on roughly 5.77 acres in 2013 and is currently fully leased to Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc.
The property was sold at a premium to the investors’ purchase price. The buyer, Royal Palace Hotels Partnership, L.P., assumed the existing loan.
