Houston-based Midway, a privately owned, fully integrated real estate investment and development firm, is pleased to announce that six tenants spanning 25,000 square feet of retail space headed to CITYCENTRE in 2022. CITYCENTRE, Houston’s mixed-use destination for Class A office space, upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment, welcomed Daily Gather, Nike Live, Epic-Cycles, Tempur-Pedic, Tecovas, and Smile Doctors.

Opened at CITYCENTRE in January 2022, Daily Gather is an everyday eatery inspired by moments shared around the dining table. The restaurant focuses on reimagined American cuisine and is open for full-service lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Daily Gather is located at 800 Sorella Court, Suite 940.

In March 2022, CITYCENTRE welcomed Nike’s Live concept store. Nike Live by CITYCENTRE, located at 822 Town and Country Boulevard, Suite 106, is designed to combine online and in-store shopping through Nike.com, Nike apps, and consumer insights.

Epic-Cycles, a full-service community-oriented bicycle shop, made its Texas debut in April 2022 and its CITYCENTRE location remains the only store in the state. From adjustments to overhauls, Epic-Cycles strives to help customers find their new ride and offers a variety of choices from all-season commuting to road racing, MTB, or simple weather cruising bikes. Epic-Cycles is located at 799 Town and Country Boulevard, Suite 143.

Opened in May 2022, Tempur-Pedic features a full line of the company’s mattresses, including the Adapt, ProAdapt, and LuxeAdapt models, and the PRObreeze and LUXEbreeze cooling mattresses. Located at 796 Town and Country Boulevard, Suite 118A, Tempur-Pedic carries accessories such as pillows, sheets, toppers, mattress protectors, and plush animals.

The Austin-based western brand, Tecovas, opened its flagship store in Houston at CITYCENTRE in November 2022. Tecovas offers its customers high-quality western boots, bags, apparel, and accessories traditionally crafted from the finest materials. Reimagining the boot-buying experience, Tecovas is located at 800 Town and Country Boulevard, Suite 103.

An upcoming addition to CITYCENTRE is Smile Doctors. Board-certified orthodontists at Smile Doctors will soon be helping CITYCENTRE guests reveal confident smiles and catering to all their orthodontic needs.

Arriving in CITYCENTRE in December 2021, Smashed Clay Co. spurred the momentum for new retail leases. Heading into 2023, CITYCENTRE’s visitors can discover shopping, dining, interactive activities, and events that await them in the booming district.

Midway represented the landlord in all retail and office transactions. With the additional leases from this year, CITYCENTRE is capping off the year with office space at 97% leased, and its retail space is 90% leased. CITYCENTRE is entering 2023 with 94% of office and retail space leased.
