Houston’s Junction Commercial Real Estate has added team members Charles D’Agostino and Gina Hernandez.
D’Agostino joins Junction’s development and project management services team, bringing 17 years of experience working with D’Agostino Companies as an asset and construction manager. In his previous role, he managed a portfolio of more than 600,000 square feet of office, medical, industrial and retail space across the Southeast United States valued in excess of $100 million.
At Junction, D’Agostino will serve on the team responsible for the management of the firm’s construction management jobs.
Hernandez has joined Junction as the firms director of operations and transactions. Before joining Junction, she worked at CBRE’s Hollywood office under a capital markets team specializing in the disposition of Class-A multifamily developments, condominium conversions and land for the development of multifamily properties in the Los Angeles area.
Hernandez managed transactions ranging from $5 million to $250 million, handling about $1.6 billion in transactions during her tenure. At Junction, she will be responsible for the general oversight and efficiency of daily office operations and brokerage transaction services.
