Partners Real Estate hired Marla Diliberto as Chief Marketing Officer. She joins Partners from CBRE.
Diliberto brings a wealth of experience in marketing leadership within the commercial real estate industry. She will lead Partners’ corporate marketing organization, spearheading the firm’s strategic marketing and branding initiatives as the company enters the next phase of its growth and further elevates its presence on the national CRE stage.
Diliberto’s is the latest in a series of strategic senior leadership hires—following fellow CBRE alum Peter Mainguy joining Partners as Partners and Executive Managing Director of its Services business in Texas; and longtime top Stream Realty executive JJ Leonard as Partner and Managing Director of its Dallas office—accelerating the company’s growth trajectory and enhancing its reputation for hiring top industry talent and delivering comprehensive, multidisciplinary solutions.
Diliberto most recently served as Global Head of Marketing Transformation at CBRE, a role in which she drove strategic initiatives focused on efficiency, innovation, and transformation across the complex, global, matrixed organization—leveraging AI, technology, and data-driven approaches to elevate marketing operations and impact. With over 15 years at CBRE, she advanced through key positions including Global Senior Director of Strategic Programs in Marketing and Director of Property Marketing, where she oversaw regional studios, managed high-impact creative and production efforts for capital markets and leasing, and contributed to broader strategic visioning.
