HREC Investment Advisors represented 1022 Shady Grove LLC in the sale of the 220-suite Embassy Suites Hotel in East Memphis, Tenn., to Lodging Capital Partners, LLC.
The Embassy Suites was constructed in 1989, has been a consistent top-performer in the market and will now undergo a full renovation during the next year to include an entirely refreshed atrium experience.
