Veteran hotel development and transaction advisor Tom Huegel has joined HREC Investment Advisors as a senior vice president.
Prior to joining HREC, Huegel was a partner with Hotel Assets Group in Atlanta, where he was responsible for closing deals with more than $400 million in asset value. He was also senior director of franchise development for Hilton Worldwide for nearly 12 years, handling the franchising of all Hilton brands in the southeast region.
