HREC Investment Advisors has arranged the sale of the 100-unit Hampton Inn & Suites St Paul Oakdale/Woodbury in Minnesota. The buyers are a group of experienced hotel owners led by Jaymin Patel.
HREC Investment Advisors exclusively represented the seller, Skeiron Realty LLC, on this transaction. The marketing and negotiations were led by Dan Miller, Senior Vice President (Dallas), Lee Kerfoot, Vice President and Broker on Record (Minnesota), Taylor Ponath, Salesperson (Minneapolis), and Justin Goodenow, Senior Associate (Denver).
Oakdale/Woodbury is one of the fastest growing submarkets in the Twin Cities due to several companies expanding or relocating there. Namely this expansion is spurred by Amazon opening a new fulfilment center in Fall 2022 and Kindeva opening their new global HQ, both three miles from the Hotel.
Medtronic, a medical technology, and services company is also planning to extend their production lines at their Woodbury location and in addition, there is the 700,000 square foot 4Front Business Park that is currently active and still being heavily developed ten minutes from the Hotel.
