It is expanding in this relocation from its current facility in Gurnee, Ill. Douglas Reed represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction.

Neptun Lighting is a well-diversified manufacturer of energy conservation lighting products such as LED, induction and compact fluorescent bulb. The company is relocating its headquarters from Lake Bluff, Ill. Matt Jarosz of Eger & Associates Inc. represented Neptun Lighting in the lease transaction.
