St. Joseph Mercy Health System anchors the facility. HSA PrimeCare purchased the property from Michigan Orthopedic Center Properties, partnering with Boler Properties to do so.
St. Joseph Mercy Health System occupies about 25 percent of the building’s leasable square feet. Orthopedic specialists fill the rest of the space.
