Chicago’s HSA PrimeCare earlier this year wrapped construction of the Lowell Health Center, a 12,000-square-foot outpatient clinic in Lowell, Ind., occupied by Franciscan St. Anthony — Crown Point.
The facility, at 4500 W. 181st Ave. in Lowell, opened to patients in February. The building includs physician offices, laboratory services and diagnostic imaging.
Franciscan Alliance previously partnered with HSA PrimeCare on the development of the 19,593-square-foot Woodland Cancer Care Center on the hospital’s outpatient campus in Michigan City, Ind.
