Midwest Warehouse, a third-party logistics firm headquartered in Woodridge, Ill. offers a variety of value-added supply chain management services. The firm is part of the extensive Chicago logistics network with more than 20 locations nationwide including local facilities in Aurora, Bedford Park, Bensenville, Bolingbrook, Naperville, Northlake, Plainfield, and Woodridge.
The 555 St. James Gate building is located southeast of the Interstate 55 and Route 53 interchange in Bolingbrook, Ill. The facility if owned by Duke Realty Corporation.
The 500 Country Club building is a 300,960-square-foot facility situated on a 12.14-acre site northeast of the Route 83 and Irving Park Road interchange in northwest suburban Bensenville, Ill. The facility is owned by CenterPoint Properties.
HSA dealt directly with ownership in both transactions.

In a separate transaction, Borkowski represented Best Warehousing & Transportation Center Inc., in a 56,051-square-foot lease at 1801 Hawthorne Lane in West Chicago, Ill. The west suburban location is the logistics company’s first in Illinois.
Atlanta-based Best Warehousing & Transportation Center Inc. is a third-party logistics firm specializing in full-service, client-specific solutions. The firm has locations nationwide and has now officially expanded to Illinois.
The 1801 Hawthorne Lane building, which is owned by DCT Industrial, is 295,656-square-feet and is situated on a 12.20-acre site. David Prell and Kirk Armour of CB Richard Ellis represented ownership in the transaction.
