Hubbard Street Group secured a lease for Whole Foods Market, with the grocer set to open in Chicago’s East Lakeview neighborhood at the intersection of Halsted Street and Belmont Avenue.

The addition of Whole Foods Market marks a significant milestone for the project, which also includes VCA Blum Animal Hospital and Fifth Third Bank, reflecting continued investment in one of Chicago’s most vibrant and densely populated neighborhoods.

The development is expected to enhance the local retail landscape and provide a new grocery option for area residents.

“We are excited to welcome Whole Foods Market to this key location in East Lakeview,” said Graham Palmer, Managing Partner of Hubbard Street Group. “This lease reflects the strength of the neighborhood and our commitment to delivering high-quality, community-focused retail developments that meet the evolving needs of residents.”

Additional details will be announced at a later date.
