The Winhall of Williams Pointe, a new luxury apartment community in Waukee, Iowa, welcomed its first residents this week. The project is being developed by Hubbell Realty Company along with equity partner Persimmon Capital Partners.
Construction on the first 18-unit building was completed on Dec. 10. A clubhouse and seven additional buildings with a mix of 18, 22 and 36 units will be delivered in 2013. In total, the $18.76 million development will consist of 206 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, making it one of the largest multi-family communities currently under construction in the greater Des Moines area.
“To bring a luxury project of this size to fruition, many pieces needed to fall into place. Our team worked diligently for this to happen, and we are thrilled to bring a new living option to the growing Waukee community,” said Krista Capp, Hubbell Realty Company senior vice president of property management.
