Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. successfully closed three separate hotel transactions in the past two months. The three properties, valued at nearly $5.0 million, include two interior-corridor Super 8 hotels in Campbellsville and Munfordville, Kentucky, plus a 98-room Motel 6 in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Renovations are expected on all three properties.
Huff, Niehaus was both the listing and selling agent in all three transactions.
