Huff, Niehaus & Associates closed the sale of Wooded Glen Retreat and Conference Center in Henryville, Indiana. Situated on more than 75 wooded acres with an additional 492 certified forest acres, the center is just minutes from Interstate-65 in southern Indiana.
The new owner, Summit BHC Henryville, LLC, will run the retreat center as a full-time voluntary inpatient rehabilitation facility for patients battling alcohol and drug addiction. The property sold for $4.6 million.
Brandt Niehaus, president of Louisville-based Huff, Niehaus & Associates, closed the sale.
