Humana has purchased the 515 Building in downtown Louisville. The move, which took place July 8, comes after Humana moved out of the office today in May.

The 515 Building, located at 515 W. Market St., is a 130,000-square-foot building. Today, the building is mostly empty.

Santa Fe, N.M.-based Tomorrow 33 West Market LP sold the building to Humana for an undisclosed price. The only tenant now in the building is a Park Community Federal Credit Union.
