Separately, Lo Voltage has leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space located at 707 Remington Boulevard in Schaumburg. John Sharpe, principal, and Steve Bass of Lee & Associates of Illinois represented building ownership, Rubin Management, and Jiff Piser of GC Realty & Development represented the tenant in the transaction.
