Kansas City-based Hunt Midwest Real Estate Development completed 12 leases during the first half of 2012 in the world’s largest underground business complex.
The closed leases in Kansas City’s SubTropolis totaled nearly 600,000 square feet.
Tenants signing these leases were 123 Mattress, Disaster Medical Assistance Teams, Galvmet Steel & HVAC Supply, Ground Effects Ltd., K-Ter Imagineering, Knapheide Manufacturing Co., Mid-America Logistics, National Archives and Records Administration, Nor-Am Cold Storage, Rogers Sporting Goods, M8 Products and Packaging Dynamics.
