Hunter Real Estate added Michael Testa as Vice President in the firm’s Milwaukee office.
Testa is a Marquette University graduate who brings experience in property management, brokerage, asset management, marketing, and new developments to the Hunter Real Estate team. In his new role, he will provide enterprise-level solutions to help clients align their real estate strategies with their long- term business goals.
Testa is an active leader in the commercial real estate community, holding memberships in organizations including the Commercial Association of Realtors – Wisconsin (CARW), CCIM, NAIOP, and ICSC. He currently serves on multiple boards and committees and has earned recognition at both state and national levels.
His honors include NAIOP’s National and Wisconsin Developing Leader of the Year awards, NAIOP Wisconsin’s Principal of the Year, CARW’s Champion Award, IREM’s National 30 Under 30, NAIOP Wisconsin’s Developing Leader All Star (five consecutive years), and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Visionary of the Year.
