New commercial real estate firm Hunter Real Estate LLC has opened in Milwaukee.
Its founder is Matt Hunter, a local market veteran in commercial real estate who most recently was an executive vice president at JLL.
Hunter started his career at the Polacheck Company in 2003, which was acquired by CBRE in 2006. Inland Companies than hired him as a partner and shareholder. That company later affiliated with Colliers.
Hunter rejoined CBRE after this time and became a consistent top-five producer and won the CBRE Wisconsin Deal of the Year Award in 2017 for the lease-up and sale of 411 E. Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Milwaukee.
In 2018, he was hired by JLL, where he won the CARW Deal of the Year Award, the Milwaukee Business Journal 40 under 40 Award and was a consistent top-producer.
Hunter Real Estate will be officing on the 26th floor of the Associated Bank River Center building at 111 E. Kilbourn Ave. in Milwaukee.
