Cincinnati office tower 525 Vine will have a new anchor tenant in 2015. Huntington Bank, the fourth-largest bank in the Cincinnati area, will move into three floors in the building.
The bank’s space at 525 Vine will total about 50,000 square feet. As part of the new lease, the bank will also open a permanent bank branch in 2016.
This is an especially important lease for the Cincinnati office building. Great American Insurance moved from the property to the Great American Tower at Queen City Square in 2011. That left nearly a third of the building, owned by McKnight Realty Partners, vacant.
Scott Yards and Travis Likes with the Cincinnati office of CBRE, represented McKnight Realty Partners in the transaction that will bring Huntington Bank to the property.
