The 14,366-square-foot retail strip in Huntley, Illinois, otherwise known as Huntley Grove, has sold for $4.3 million.
The 93 percent occupied retail center has national tenants that include AT&T, The UPS Store, Sprint, Tropical Smoothie, Great Clips, and ATI Physical Therapy.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group in Cleveland, Ohio, represented the seller, a private investment group out of Ohio.
The Pennsylvania buyer was also found directly by The Cooper Commercial Investment Group within the first week of marketing the property for sale. The center went into contract at a 7.55 percent CAP Rate, which is approximately $300 per square foot and 97 percent of list price.
