Hy Cite Enterprises celebrated its new 90,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in Middleton, Wisconsin, with a ribbon-cutting on Nov. 21. Designed by EUA and built by Ideal Builders, the new office consolidates three offices and multiple departments into one building on a scenic tree-filled site.
Middleton is located in the Madison, Wisconsin, area.
The new building focuses on enhanced employee well-being through features like floor to ceiling windows to integrate natural daylight, an onsite fitness center, a work café, an outdoor employee garden, a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen and 30,000 sq ft of underground parking. With multiple generations working onsite, the design was influenced by family and culture, establishing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that supports employee engagement.
Coordinating with the City of Middleton to support positive development practices, the project incorporates energy efficient solutions such as a solar panel array and high levels of insulation.
Hy Cite Enterprises sells kitchenware under the Royal Prestige brand through a network of 6,000 independent distributors in the United States, Mexico and South America.
