Hyde Development and Mortenson Properties partnered to acquire a portfolio of three fully-leased Class A industrial buildings totaling 360,000 square feet in the Twin Cities area.
This acquisition marks another collaboration between Hyde Development and Mortenson — two organizations with deep roots in the Minneapolis-St. Paul region and a shared vision for delivering high-performance, sustainable industrial real estate. The portfolio reflects the partners’ aligned commitment to quality, community and environmental stewardship, offering tenants not only operational efficiency but also a space designed for the future of logistics and manufacturing.
Hyde Development and Mortenson have previously partnered on projects in Fridley, Minnesota; Denver, Colorado; and Salt Lake City, Utah.
