Hygge Design+Build opened its new workspace and showroom at 251 State St. in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The new location is a repurposed historical gas station in the Heritage Hill Historical District and will serve as the company’s main hub for design, client meetings, and showcasing curated finish options.
After years of operating from their home, Hygge Design+Build founders Becky and Nathan Vandenbroek saw the need to expand their physical footprint.
The building will serve as a collaborative workspace for Hygge Design+Build’s design team, a meeting space for clients, and a stylish showroom to display a curated selection of finishes for custom home projects. This expansion underscores the company’s commitment to providing a comprehensive and seamless experience for clients looking to build their dream homes.
Hillary Taatjes Woznick and Todd Leinberger, MBA, of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan represented the seller while Becky Vandenbroek represented Hygge Design+Build in this transaction.
