Daniel Hyman, president of Millennium Properties R/E, has brokered the sale of an industrial/office building in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood on behalf of The American National Red Cross. The property was originally listed for $1.15 million.
Central Building and Preservation L.P. purchased the 7,400-square-foot building at the tri-intersection of Ohio Street, Racine and Ogden avenues. Hyman represented the national nonprofit organization.
The industrial/office building at 607 N. Racine Ave. contains two drive-in doors, one loading dock and is strategically located three blocks from the Kennedy Expressway. The space includes three private offices and can easily be divided and remodeled. The purchaser, who operates another location nearby, plans to use the building for its expanding growth.
